Steve Reed – Head of Learning and Development

Steve Reed is the Head of Learning and Development for the HICA Group. Steve has worked in the field of training for 30 years. He joined the HICA Group in 2014, originally as a Regional Trainer. He is now responsible for all training across the group working with a dedicated team who are committed to staff development and training. Steve holds a variety of qualifications with the L & D sector including his diploma in Coaching & Mentoring and a D32/D33 NVQ Assessor Award. Steve also sits on the SHINE Forum.
