The Anchorage

The Anchorage is a distinguished care home featuring 42 beds, thoughtfully divided into two dedicated dementia communities: the 13-bed enhanced dementia community known as The Haverstoe Suite, and a 29-bed residential dementia community. We are proud to have received an Outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commission during our last inspection, a testament to our commitment to exceptional care.

We offer a range of services, including permanent, respite, and day care, all tailored to the unique needs of each resident. Our person-centred approach ensures that care is delivered by a highly specialized team who understand the intricacies of living with dementia. We prioritize meaningful and fulfilling activities, which play a vital role in helping individuals engage with their surroundings and live well with dementia.
