HICA Homecare has proudly served Doncaster since 1999, delivering high-quality home care and support for vulnerable people aged 18 and over. We provide more than 2,000 hours of care each week in areas such as Moorends, Thorne, Stainforth, Hatfield, Barnby Dunn, Intake, Armthorpe and Askern.

Nikki Lea began her career as a beauty therapist, spending over a decade in London-based salons. After relocating to Doncaster in 2008, she shifted to care, starting as a Community Carer and progressing to a Supervisory role. In 2013, Nikki joined HICA as a Deputy Manager, later becoming a Trainer, and gained her CQC Registration as Manager in 2022. She holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management and is committed to continuous learning to stay current in her field. |
