Training Academy 

Located in the heart of Hull City Centre at our Anchor Court building, the HICA Training Academy provides high-quality training for HICA staff and external organisations.

Our dedicated team of expert trainers delivers a wide range of programmes designed to support learning, development, and professional growth. Training takes place at our Academy and through satellite locations across our services. This ensures colleagues at every location can access relevant and practical learning opportunities.

The Academy is fully equipped to deliver all mandatory and specialist training required by HICA employees. As a result, our teams can continue to build their confidence, develop new skills, and provide the highest standards of care.

In addition, we have expanded our services to support other care providers and corporate clients. Through tailored training solutions, we share our knowledge and experience to help promote excellence across the wider care sector.
