The Lodge is a specialist nursing and care home dedicated to supporting individuals living with dementia and the unique challenges they face. Nestled within the tranquil Buckshaw Retirement Village near Chorley, our home is designed to provide a compassionate and supportive environment.

Through careful research and collaboration with the nationally renowned Dementia Services Development Centre, we have developed four unique communities that embody best practices in dementia care. We are proud to have received their first-ever Gold Standard accreditation for dementia design.

Each community at The Lodge offers a distinct experience, catering to a range of needs from early-stage dementia care to 24-hour nursing support for individuals with complex health and social requirements. We are committed to covering every stage of the dementia journey.
