Residents at Kirkgate House enjoy a Hawaiian party.

Having to stay at home does not have to be boring. Residents and staff at Kirkgate House proved this with their wonderful Hawaiian themed party! At a time when many people are having to stay at home, it may feel as though they are missing out on enjoying the beautiful weather and the wonderful outdoor opportunities summer usually brings, but staff and residents at Kirkgate found  a creative way around this. From the decorations to the food and drink the party was a hit, there were many fun party games, a bubble machine, an inflatable banana and monkey and even limbo dancing. Everyone dressed up for the occasion and all had a great time. Even the weather was perfect with the sun shining all day.
