Terry Peel – Chief Executive Officer

Terry Peel became the CEO for the HICA Group in 2018 having already held the roles of Director of Operations, Quality & Compliance Manager, Regional Director and Managing Director and is a Registered Mental Health Nurse and was a CSCI (now CQC) Inspector.

He is a forward-thinking individual who wants to be at the forefront of developments within care practice that improve the overall quality of life for people living in Care Homes and other social/home settings. Terry is committed to ensuring HICA delivers excellent outcomes for people utilising our services and helping them to have the best quality of life possible.
