Steph Simpkin began her care career in 2015, quickly finding her passion for providing community support. She joined HICA in 2018 as a care coordinator and advanced to acting manager, achieving CQC registration in January 2021. Under her leadership, the service earned a ‘Good’ CQC rating across all domains in May 2021. Currently pursuing a Level 5 Diploma, Steph values her role’s diverse experience, which allows her to support both office and community teams. Her commitment to making a difference remains her driving force.
