Homes looking forward to a brighter spring
Across our Homes residents love to get involved in outdoor activities during spring. From planting bulbs and growing vegetables to bird spotting there are activities to suit everyone. Residents at Overton House are looking forward to a brighter spring and are already preparing with some bedding plants and wildflower seeds! Spending time in the outdoors can have great benefits for mental health and gardening is a wonderful way to relax. The springtime is also a brilliant time to get outdoors and keep active with outdoors sports and garden walks.
Residents across our homes are looking forward to first day of spring which this year is on the 20th March, as well as outdoor activities there will be many indoor based activities to suit people of varying abilities including many spring themed crafts such as paper crafts and even flower arranging.
