The Lodge is delighted to announce that it is expanding to meet demand. A new £1million extension is coupled with the appointment of Debbie McCabe as Registered Manager.
Debbie, who has a wealth of healthcare experience and a selection of impressive qualifications, will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality of care delivered to residents. Top of her agenda is maximising positive outcomes in dementia care and her role as a Clinical Specialist Advisor to the Care Quality Commission enables her to bring additional insight into her day-to-day management of The Lodge.
As Debbie comments: "Engagement, participation and involvement from staff, residents and relatives is key to achieving our goals and ensuring that the quality of life for our residents is at the heart of everything we do."
Debbie is also a firm believer in promoting family values and as mother of four, she knows how important it is to support each other and work together to find solutions to everyday challenges.
The new extension will obviously see the team grow further and Debbie looks forward to seeing The Lodge go from strength to strength.
