Covid Heroes Celebration

A fabulous day was had at Overton House in Cottingham when a party was held to celebrate their recent success in the Hull Daily Mail Care Awards. The care home, which provides residential care and support services to older people and people with who live with dementia, beat off all the other nominees to win the coveted Covid Heroes Award in honour of the amazing way the home dealt with the covid pandemic. HICA catering partners apetito came along to help celebrate and provide a delicious selection of foods for the staff and residents to enjoy. Operations Director Heather Joy also enjoyed the afternoon delivered a heartfelt speech on how proud the HICA Family are of the home and the way they dealt with the pandemic.
