Homecare Bradford – Care Manager

- Description:
As the Care Manager you will be responsible for a team of staff that provides older people with companionship, care and support in the comfort of their own home.
You will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on the service and ensure that individual care plans are
created specific to each individual and offer valuable care and support at all times.Applications from individuals who hold a minimum of a level 3 diploma in care or the equivalent will be welcomed.
In addition previous knowledge and at least 2 years experience of working with vulnerable adults or older people is required.You will be rewarded with a salary of £20,000 per annum and 6 weeks paid holiday inclusive of bank holidays.
