HICA Makes HR Appointment
Stevie Scott has been appointed as Group Head of HR and Training for the Hull- based independent care providers the HICA Group.
She will have HR and workforce development responsibilities for over 1700 employees based in the Group’s Care Homes Division, its Home Care operations, and its lifestyle villages.
Stevie said: “I’m really excited to be part of an organisation that is looking to the future and is committed to investing in its people and its business within the not- for-profit care sector. A key aspect of my role will be to work with our employees to further develop their skills and training. Our aim is for all staff training to be nationally accredited.”
She has joined HICA after eight years as Head of HR and Training with Chem-Dry in Beverley.
